We want to highlight the fact that all the live ordnance, ammunition and human remains discovered during our researches, were legally declared and handed to the authorities.
We strongly recommend to respect the specific laws for these cases, never handling live ammunition or remove it from the site of discovery. Besides the militaria scenery, from which we present our materials on this blog, we often dig out medieval or ancient artifacts, which must be declared in the term of 72h from the discovery (Romanian laws) to the local authorities. We must highlight also the obligation in respecting the archaeological site positions, avoiding the detecting or digging in those areas, considered of archeological interests.
